The mold manufacturing process of the company is operated by experienced specialists throughout every process, from design, mold manufacture, maintenance and storage. PJW pays attention to every detail so that our molds are efficiently functional and meet high standards.
Blow Molding
With over 3 decades of experience in the blow molding process, PJW is fully equipped to produce goods of high quality and standards using blow molding process whether in the forms of bottles, buckets, gallons and other types, according to the needs of customers. This process begins with heating the plastic pellets to be pre-formed into a parison or a cylinder shape, which is then placed in a mold and compressed with air until it inflates to be shaped as the characteristics of different molds accordingly. The plastic is then cooled and hardened to become a complete workpiece.
Injection Molding
Injection Molding is another expertise of PJW. It is a process for creating workpieces with an injection molding process by injecting molten plastic pellets into a mold. This process is mostly used for thermoplastics and thermosetting polymers. When solidified, the plastic pieces will be shaped as desired. The injection molding process is the most widely used and modern method for producing plastic parts. It is suitable for mass production of identical parts, whether they are small parts or the whole car body panel. Examples of products from this process of PJW include packaging, bottle caps, car parts, etc.
Decoration
Not only the production of packaging, PJW also provides a service of packaging decoration with product labels using various methods to help build brand awareness and promote the brand image amongst customers. Our services include:
- Shrink Sleeve & Labeling. This method covers film labels on the product and pass through the heat to tighten the label onto the product.
- Wrap Around Stickers. These are the product labels to be wrapped around the packaging, which is suitable for cylindrical products.
- Heat Transfer Printing. This process uses heat and pressure to print product labels on the packaging until it is fused on the surface.
Closure
closure The lid is one of the key components of packaging. It may even be a factor that determines the form of use of certain goods, such as pump caps or spray caps. PJW offers plastic cap production services for products in a variety of industries. Our lids are designed for convenience and user-friendliness. There is a standard inspection on every piece to avoid leakage from transportation or storage and can prevent contamination according to international standards.
